During the session, I supported a bill that would help nursing home operators recover federal dollars through a new program. The bill specifically stated that the operators are forbidden from passing the cost of the program onto residents.

When these dark money groups suggest I would do anything to hurt seniors - seniors like my mother-in-law (pictured here) who lives in a local assisted living home, it crosses the line. Shame on you for scaring seniors!
